How To Access Platform/LogIn Details:
Once you Log Into your account from the AlphaTrader DASHBOARD
You will see any/all accounts you currently have with us and check the status and current details of it.
💻 OPTION 1 > You can simply mouse over to the account you currently want to view the info for & SELECT THE KEY ICON "🔑" & a Mini Window will pop up showing you the accounts details.
💻OPTION 2 > Click on GO TO METRICS
& here you can see all your accounts info as its traded it will be updating and here you can also access your logins to your account.
How to Use/Access Your Trading Account Inside MT5 / Platform5:
Once you have access to the inside of your Application w/ MT5 you will need to choose at the bottom right your "SETTINGS TAB" and once there you will choose the
"New Account" selection on the 2nd Row of the Menu:
From here you will need to SEARCH for your SERVER/BROKER given to you by us via your LogIn Details sent either in your email or as explained above in your "TraderDashboard" :
Once you've found and chosen the SERVER/BROKER,
you will need to simply match the login details given to you via email or as explained above in your "TraderDashboard" :
Please make sure to always MATCH the information that the App is requesting from you to input to what is given in the email
Not all information given is needed to access your trading account.
