Types Of & Information for Payouts

RISE Payments:

Rise Payments offers payment processing solutions designed to simplify transactions for businesses, particularly focusing on the needs of traders.

Onboarding Process:

Once you are in the Funded Stage and are eligible for a payout & have requested such payout to AlphaTraders & receive an approval, The next steps will be to get signed up with RISE.

You will receive an INVITE LINK from Alpha Team directly as you will need to Join our Funded Teams List directly in order to receive any payouts from us directly.

Once you sign up & get all documentation finalized with RISE & documentation has been completed the next steps is to wait on RISE Approval/Confirmation of your Account being created and you will be assigned a RISE ID where you will be directly paid to as per their rules and regulations.

  • All Fees from RISE will be waived by us directly so there is no need to have more funds taken in the process towards your payout.

Rise Restrictions

Effective November 15th, we will no longer be able to send payouts to residents in the below regions via Rise:

  • Iowa (IA)

  • Louisiana (LA)

  • Minnesota (MN)

  • South Carolina (SC)

  • Vermont (VT)

  • Washington (WA)

  • Puerto Rico (PR)

  • Guam (GU)

If you are located in one of these areas, we will continue to support payouts via cryptocurrency. ***

Important MUST KNOW / UNDERSTAND:

All users undergo a KYC verification in accordance with RISE Compliance Program (https://www.riseworks.io/terms-of-service).

Due to the BSA/AML Compliance Policy, we would be unable to continue providing our services to a customer. Once rejected, they cannot reattempt the onboarding.

In The Case where RISE is not Accepting a specific customer of AlphaTrader for payments you will need to speak with RISE Support directly in regards to this.

If there are limited options as to why this, you can reach back out to us @ [email protected] and share the information with out Internal Team & they will assist with options.

The possibility where our RISE Partners do not accept your KYC/Background Check for Approval, you will be subject for OTHER methods of payment or the possibility of receiving a refund directly from the company for your purchase made with the Account/Payout in question.

Alpha is not responsible for other Alternative Methods of pay if our Partners KYC Decision is not in accordance with ours.
