Why can’t I place any trades on my account?

Before trading is enabled on your account, there are a few required steps that must be completed. These steps ensure security, compliance, and proper account activation.

✅ Required Steps to Enable Trading

1️⃣ KYC Verification

You must complete and receive approval for Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

• This is required before any funded trading activity can begin.

• If you have already completed KYC on a previous account, you do not need to complete it again.

2️⃣ Funded Account Agreement

All funded traders must review and sign the Funded Account Agreement, which outlines the rules and responsibilities associated with your funded account.

3️⃣ Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy

For One-Step and Two-Step accounts only, you are also required to sign the Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy before trading is enabled.

• This policy confirms your agreement not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services that have been delivered and accessed.

• Signing this policy is mandatory for One-Step and Two-Step accounts prior to placing any trades.

📍 Where to Complete These Steps

All required actions can be completed directly inside your TraderArea Dashboard:

• Navigate to the left-side panel

• Complete any pending verifications or agreement acknowledgments

🔓 When Will Trading Be Enabled?

Once all applicable steps are completed:

• Your account will automatically unlock

• You’ll be able to begin placing trades immediately

If any required step remains incomplete, trading access will remain disabled.
